What Shaped Us
In 2020, we lost a major client. They got a quote from another agent and realized we were charging significantly more. That failure forced us to rebuild our entire approach. We started researching every country's preferred last-mile carriers, finding the optimal combinations for both cost and delivery experience. Now when we explain our routing decisions, clients get it immediately — because they can see we've done the homework. That loss taught us: being good at fulfillment isn't enough. You have to be obsessive about optimization.
Our Founder
Our founder brings a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, manufacturing management (Lean and Six Sigma certified), logistics operations, product engineering, software development, and international trading. Having lived and worked internationally, they deeply understand the challenges Western entrepreneurs face when sourcing from Asia.
This expertise shows in the details. When Italy proposed a €2 customs handling fee on small parcel imports with the implementation date unknown for months, our founder — monitoring EU customs affairs directly — got the news on December 31, 2025, and immediately adjusted client shipping plans the same day. Most fulfillment agents learned about this days or weeks later through carrier notices.
