By installing the Just DS - Dropship Fulfillment App ("the App"), you engage in a binding agreement with Techtraq Trading Company Limited.

Service Description

The App serves as a specialized logistics infrastructure providing:

  • ●Automated order syncing directly from Shopify API
  • ●Real-time product quotation and tier pricing
  • ●Global fulfillment network & tracking logic
  • ●Integrated wallet-based payment & settlement

Merchant Obligations

To ensure service continuity, you commit to the following operational standards:

Account AccuracyProvide and maintain accurate business and store information at all times.
Financial SufficiencyMaintain sufficient wallet balance to cover all pending fulfillment requests.
Regulatory ComplianceAdhere to all applicable laws and Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

Limit of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

"THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not reliable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months."

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
